What we handle
We are not a mill. We do not own looms, and we will tell you plainly which factory is making your order. What we own is the process around it.
Supplier vetting
We shortlist mills against your product, volume and compliance requirements, then visit them before you commit.
Price negotiation
Costings broken down by fabric, trims, make and finishing, so you can see what you are paying for rather than one lump figure.
Sample development
Proto, fit and pre-production samples managed end to end, with comments consolidated into one set of instructions for the factory.
Inline inspection
Checks during cutting and stitching, when problems are still cheap to fix, not after the goods are packed.
Final inspection
Pre-shipment inspection to AQL 2.5 major / 4.0 minor by default, or to your own standard if you have one.
Lab testing
Coordination with accredited third-party laboratories for shrinkage, colourfastness, pH and fibre composition.
Compliance audits
Support with social and technical audits at supplier level, and document collection for your own compliance team.
Consolidation
Multiple suppliers consolidated into a single shipment so you are not clearing four part-loads.
Shipping documents
Invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and shipping paperwork prepared and checked before handover.

How an order runs
Five stages from your first enquiry to goods on the water. You get a named contact at stage one who stays with the order to the end.
Enquiry
You send specification, target price, quantity and delivery window. We reply within one business day with feasibility.
Sourcing
We shortlist mills, collect costings and present options with the trade-offs stated, not just the cheapest.
Sampling
Proto and pre-production samples developed and revised until you approve in writing.
Production
Order placed, materials checked, inline inspections during cutting and stitching, weekly status reports.
Inspection & shipping
Final inspection with photo report, then consolidation, documentation and handover to your forwarder.
How we inspect
A buying house is only worth its fee if it catches problems before you pay for them. This is the schedule we work to unless you specify your own.

Why us, and why Karachi
TexoraGlobal was founded in 2025. The company is young; the people running it are not. Our team brings 25 years of working inside Pakistani textile sourcing — on the mill side and on the buying side — which is the reason we know which factories can actually hold a measurement spec and which ones will tell you they can.
We chose Karachi deliberately. It is Pakistan's port, so goods reach a vessel in hours rather than after a day on the road from upcountry. It also sits at the centre of the country's knit and denim capacity, which is where most of our buyers' volume goes.
We will not pretend to a track record we have not built yet. What we will do is show you the process, put a named person on your order, and let the first shipment make the argument.
